Lead Times

Our standard lead times are 8 weeks. We can sometimes accommodate rush orders if we have stock available or space in production. So please do enquire if your order is needed sooner.

Postage

All accessories are packaged into a beautiful Franc. branded envelope and safely wrapped for shipment.

We charge approximately £10 to ship within the UK via DHL. If your purchase more than 5 pieces in one order the shipping fee will be waived.

Bespoke Orders

We welcome custom requests for our veils, so if there is something specific you would like us to make for your clients (perhaps a mixture of two designs) please do always drop us a message to ask. We can also create veils at custom lengths for your client.

Note: Franc veils and accessories are individually made, with an approximate lead time of 8 weeks (4 weeks for Express orders). As each piece is made to order, it is non-refundable.

International orders are sent via DHL and may be subject to additional import duties and tariffs, which will be administered by the courier.
